Founded in the 1980s by Mr. Anura Wijemanne, a qualified gemologist and former valuer at the State Gem Corporation of Sri Lanka, AWA has grown from a small cutting workshop into one of the island's most respected lapidary houses. That journey began with a simple conviction: that every stone deserves the fullest expression of its beauty, and every client deserves absolute trust.
